Are cartwheel pikes and standing pikes legal?
I found the rules document for last season, but it seemed to be in a gray area to me. I don't have this years rules anywhere, so I can't check myself.
I really wish that the rules were clear and visible to everyone so I didn't have to bother people...
Hi, just a retired athlete hoping to make it out of retirement before I hit my 30s lol. are there any programs in Atlanta that are interested or planning on creating an O4 team?
Okay so I am arguing with another coach about a transition.
Ball-up 1/2 to two leg extended stunt. It begins at prep level. I say it would be legal at level 5 but would not count as level appropriate.
Every release move for level 5 on the Varsity grid ends on a one-leg extended stunt but...
Can anyone suggest videos of Small Senior 4 teams with only 2 stunt groups/10 members? Would love to see some innovative pyramids with such a small group.
In level 4 stunting and pyramids, how many bracers do you need for a handstand up?
Ie- you can do a handstand at prep level, power press to extension in level 4, but to go from handstand to non inverted, what are the rules? Prep to prep without a brace and prep to extended with one?
In level 4, is it legal to do a whip layout? (flip flip combo).. on the usasf website it says no for standing but in running it doesn't mention it. If someone knows please let me know! I'm positive it is but just want to double check
Or am I just not understanding?
A gym in Northern California is advertising an International Open Co-Ed level 4. Does this exist?
I thought it was just Open level 4 and they don't compete at Worlds or Summit? Or has something changed?
Thanks!
hello all, just trying to figure out if the open level 4 will be a competitive level this coming season (2016-2017)? And if so would it be at the summit? Worlds?
I am looking to get involved with cheer again (I am over 18), specifically in the DC area. So far, the teams/gyms I have been able to find are:
Shockwave
Maryland Twisters -Lady Ts
All Star Legacy
Cheer Tyme Chantilly
and some others. Those open teams are Worlds teams as far as I understand...
Do you know anyone who is 18 and older and still have the Cheertyme of Ga skills? If so let them know CTA is going to have a Level 4 Open team for the upcoming season! Registration is April 25th at 2:00pm.
Level 4 Open skills and registration please contact Cheertyme All-Stars of GA.
Is it legal to Prone dismount from extension as well as being attached? - We were thinking of using this as our dismount from our 5 group stunt pyramid, prone from extension and front roll out.
Open Level 4! Thank you!
