Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone here can possibly help me out. I coach cheer for a 13U squad that’s affiliated with a football team and a youth league in our area. We have our own set of by-laws and stunting rules which I feel are very competitive compared to where they were two years ago...

Does anyone know anything about the University of South Alabama's cheerleading team? Are tryouts super competitive, is the team super hard to make, are the skills needed to make the team very advanced???

You'd think after 13 years in the sport I would know, but I genuinely have no clue. Anyone?

Does anyone have experience with the USA Cheer/STUNT combines? Are they worth it? How do coaches contact athletes after the combine? They promote the CaptainU site. Is it worth it?
