If you have any CDs, rip songs from them onto your computer. You can also use iTunes music files that you have.

Download Audacity (the compressed version, it saves space): Download | Audacity®

Go online to YouTube and look up Audacity mixing tutorials. I have a few that I saved:

I also made my own sound effects in the past by making random noises into a microphone and placing filters on them.

I can link some of the (super awful and corny) mixes I have made if you want to hear them.
