@NEliteSteven just wondering what you and your kids thought of The comp, being that it was in Vegas and so many think Vegas is just plain ole Sin City, which by the way is funny cuz Vegas, has NCA, UCA, JAMFEST, JAMZ, COA and others every year

The teams that earned the bids deserved them regardless of the team they were from.

Throughout the day, when AL bids were given out at level awards, my CP was saddened that Cali was getting every bid. She felt like it was a bit unfair. We sat and had a talk about how good the teams were and regardless of the color uniform, they killed it and really did deserve the bids. When it came down to it, their score, percentage of perfection, all played a role in the decision.

We decided to stay for the late awards to see who received Worlds bids. Well, I'm glad we did because her Y3 team received the only Non-Cali Summit bid of the comp.

She was one of only 5 girls that were there to go up and get the banner of her 28 girl team. Priceless moment!

Loved it! On the comp side of it, it was the first competition we went to this year where we really understood placements and scoring. We will definitely be back next year. On the non-comp side of things.....we had a good time. ;-) This trip was actually the same cost as far as hotel/travel as Jamfest Supernationals in Indy, and Vegas is definitely more fun than Indy.
