For this specific college and squad they are more like 5 feet and under 100 pounds. With that said this is not typical for College cheerleaders.

I've been told that only 6 girls compete with Blue squad. Never any taller than 5'4" and 115 lbs with a full, 2 to full and ability to do inverted partner stunts. It's the highest possible expectations....

For competition you need 7 girls on the mat. 9 guys.
That ratio provides the maximum number of skills a team can do on the mat.
