I saw a few pictures from UCA Nationals this past weekend and they made the football field REAL TURF!

Thank goodness!! I found out my CP's team is practicing there for UCA allstar nationals, and I was freaking out that it was concrete before. Small joys in a cheer mom world...

Oh my gosh! We always practice there for UCA every year! now i can make my youth girls tumble!

It was never concrete, it was a rubber lining, exactly what is underneath turf. Should be a cool look though, I'll miss the "x's and o's"

Good to know. I was told it was pretty much concrete, but I've never been there myself. I guess the little bit of cushioning the turf offers is better than nothing...

I'll miss the X's and O's, but I'm glad to hear about the turf, one less thing to worry about for UCA Nationals.
