So I'm thinking of starting a bow company. Is there anyplace where I can find cheap ribbon and sparkles?

Try Amazon. I get grosgrain ribbon from Tea Party Ribbons for pretty inexpensive. And for rhinestones try "therhinestoneguy" (rhinestoneguy.com) if you want swarovski, if you just want cheap ones you can find those on amazon too, but they won't be as high of quality

Whenever I bedazzle anything I usually look for the Preciosa brand. Similar to Swarovski, but much cheaper. Swarovski is definitely where you wanna go if you want the ultimate sparkle, but imo Preciosa is a decent option if you want to spend a little less.
