Assisted Jump Over Another Individual

I understand that it is legal for a person to jump over another person though I wondered if it would still be legal if the person jumping got a height boost by a person on either side lifting from the arms.

So the person jumping would look like this:

And there would be one person on either side lifting at her arms .
 
Illegal except for level 5 and 6. That is not a jump, that is a stunt, therefore falls into the over under rule regarding stunts going over/under individuals. Usasfrules.com has a good breakdown - look for the section on "over-under rules."
