Hi everyone! So I am having a lot much trouble with back flexibility. I have bone spurs in between the lower vertebrae in my back. So even the simple stretches are super painful. I've be stretching my back for a while, but cannot seem to get anymore flexible. I'm not sure if its because of my bone spurs and I'm not that flexible or if it's because I might not be doing the correct stretches. I have college cheer tryouts in the spring and I'm struggling a lot with this and did not want to not make it because I can't pull a certain move in the air. Does anyone have any advice? Anything is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced!
