In all seriousness: standing backtuck, running backtuck (after bhs or ro?), backtuck to a stunt, backtuck basket, etc.? The possibilities are endless, and so are the tips. You might want to elaborate on what you're working on and what you're having trouble with.
That's a very vague question... do you have like a video so we can see what you're doing wrong? Like are you landing too low? too short? It's hard to give advice.
