as long as all hands are kept on the flyer until her hands are in contact with the mat. If any base/back takes their hands off, it becomes illegal!

preps can be used in a pyramid, but they cannot be bracing any stunt that has release moves such as tic toc's or ball backs or inversions. You can connect them to a lib, heelstretch, or hitch but that's all.
