I need tips on how to make my backhand spring better.. I know how to do my backhand spring but i want it to be as neat as it can be! I am starting to get very serious about the quality of my tumbling, and cheerleading in general!
So pleaseee! Give me your best tips! Thank-You:cheering:
 
First imagine the perfect back hand spring, then when you go to sit keep your arms by your side, and as you jump squeeze your legs and point your toes, and lock your arms. Try to make the back hand spring as long as possible. (Meaning the distance between where your feet are at the start if your bhs and the end if your bhs.) just keep practicing these techniques and eventually it will come naturally
