this is my scorpion now. i can't lift it higher yet in my right leg splits i can bend backwards and reach my foot. anyone have any tips?

Have you tried grabbing your ankle and pulling it up? A really good lower back stretch that will help you get it higher is to do the splits in a doorway then walk your way up and lean back as far as you can then hold it for about 30 seconds. There's usually an immediate difference...at least there is for me, anyway.
