Bow And Arrow-let Go

any workouts or stretching tips to help a flyer get a bow and arrow-let go? She's so close but can't keep her leg up for too long!
 
OMG...I am dying laughing...I read the title of your thread & thought it was a new ap for selling unused bows!!! Sorry, don't have any answer for your question, but thanks for the giggle!
 
My CP just stretches everyday (including over splits) and practice pulling body positions both on the floor and on the stunt stand. She sometimes does it to cheer/ 8 count music too so thankful for ear buds. I already have to sit through hours of it during competitions....lol

lots of leg lifts! to hold a free stretch you need a lot of muscle and body control. if she can pull a bow then she clearly already has the flexibility, so strength is what's lacking
