OT Buying The International Edition Of Textbooks?

has anyone ever done this? my books for athletic training tend to be a tad pricey, and it appears that the international editions are sooooo much cheaper. but i don't want to buy it and then get a totally different book....

I'd worry that chapters and page numbers could be different. Or it could just be that things like color and colour are spelled differently...

it really depends on how your teacher teaches the class,,, if its strictly based off the book, I would go with the exact one that they ask for...... if they go off the book, notes, lecture, etc., the international one should be fine.
