Music Can Anyone Help Me Get Started With Sound Effects?

Hi There!

I coach a mini team and a freshmen high school team. Our budget has been cut significantly and I wanted to see if I could do our own cheer music to save on some costs. I bought Sony Acid Music Studio to start with. Does anyone have any typical sound effects to send me? I'd really appreciate it, anything would be great as I have nothing!

Word to the wise.. Don't buy any slapfires beats/Sfx.. It's a joke.. You can use like 2 beats and 3 sound effects..
