This is why I always love that I coach in Canada. We get a full breakdown of execution and difficulty scores for the whole division with our scoresheets. For some reason I thought varsity did this too? comps here also usually post scores online following the event.

I just think until we have a more refined way of defining ranges, transparency with scoring won't matter much.... until you can explicitly explain to me how my team had a 4.9 stunt difficulty at one comp and a 4.6 at another comp by the same producer later in the year than knowing how the division compared to each other at one competition doesn't do much for me when I'm trying to map out a maxed routine for nationals. Both high range, but a .3 difference is enough for 1st to 5th in competitive divisions.
