High School Cheer Writing Help?

Hey everyone! I'm a new high school cheerleading coach and am in need of some help writing a competition cheer.

The school is Mount Carmel (MCHS).
Their colors are blue, gold, and white.
Their mascot is a cougar.

The cheer needs to be about 30 seconds long, and does not need to include crowd participation. If there's anyone that can help or offer some suggestions, that would be great! Thanks a bunch!
