haha I realized that but I just hadn't really thought about it (plus I don't really follow the bids) and assumed they would have it by now like a lot of teams. haha blonde moment :wasntme:

I'm pretty sure they just give then to whoever they feel like. They don't really have set standards.

I don't believe they have ever given paid bids to Int'l teams in the past. Not to say they won't, but haven't yet
