What tumbling skills are allowed/not allowed in College? Is there a link that list & explain College Cheer rules. I did a search, but didn't find anything. Thanks

Important question to ask is what is insured and what is NOT insured.

Are the tumbling rules the same for NCATA , Acrobatics & tumbling?
    No doubles, etc.

That I don't know... I think there may be no tumbling limitations? I tried looking on the NCATA website and couldn't find anything, but I did come across this after a search...

It is from USA Gymnastics, but I believe thats what NCATA operates under and all of the criteria of the meets fits with the Senior Level criteria. That being said, there is nothing in there about what you can't do. I think it's a lot like gymnastics where the athletes do whatever they can do cleanly and safely. I could be wrong, but I haven't found anything else to suggest otherwise.
