Competition Cheer Words

Hello! I am a new coach, and love working with choreography and stunts, but I draw a blank when it comes to words. Plus, our competition cheer has to be 1 minute and 30 seconds; I don't know that many words!
Any help or ideas would be appreciated! Our school is named Cornerstone (CCA), our colors are blue, gray, and white (or just blue and white), and we're the Bulldogs.
