so i have been trying to figure this out for almost a hour and im frustrating and about to break my laptop. does anyone know how i can make it so i can NOT scroll through webpages with the arrow keys..

ex. going up and down the page using the arrow keys.

i let my cousin play games on my computer and when she is trying to move in her game she whole page scrolls :/
