Does Anyone Have Some Good Upper Body Workouts For A Base?

I came back from my first college cheer camp a couple weeks ago. I’m only 5’1 and I’ve only worked with flyers who are my hight, shorter than me, or only about an inch or two taller. All the flyers on my college team are taller than I’m used to and they’re heavier. My basing technique went out the window during camp because I’m simply not strong enough! My coach said she might have me fly- I’ve flown before, but I absolutely hate the thought of being switched out because I couldn’t do my job. In high school and all star cheer I was one of the best bases and now I feel like I’m one of the worst. I need to get stronger in general but my arms especially need work!
