Our gym has a new IOC5 and I really wanted to know this new double up grip where the fliers cross the legs and the back spots are in front? I really can't figure it out an would appreciate f someone could explain it to me. Thanks so much!

I was just figuring out this grip as I saw this thread! There are a couple ways but I based it off how Lady Bullets do it.
(oh and to me a Main Base is the person who is on the flyer's right)

FLYER
Left leg crossed over right
(helps if flyer has right foot "turned out" like in ballet to help the main base)

BACKSPOT
Starts in side base position
Grabs flyers Left shin and under her Left buthigh (butt thigh area)
Tosses and releases
Moves into main base spot to regrab ankles
Continues to move once ankles are grabbed into the backspot position

SIDE BASE
Starts in main base position
Grabs around the front with right hand on heel of flyers left foot
Puts left hand under flyers toe
Tosses releases the left hand and uncurls the right hand
Moves from main position around into side base position

MAIN BASE
Starts in backspot position
Grabs around the flyers right toe with right hand
Puts left hand under flyers heel
Tosses releases the left hand and uncurls the right hand
Moves from backspot position around into main base position
