Extension/ Back Spot Positioning

I have a full group (two bases, one flyer, one "backspot") that does an extension before one of our half turning trick. Ideally, I would like for the flyer to go up on the two bases as if she were doing a group stunt, but have the "backspot" standing in front of her. The back spot is tall enough that she can reach up from the front and still grab the back of the flyer's ankles when she is extended. Is this positioning/ grip legal? Let me know if that description doesn't make sense

The glossary states that the spotter must be positioned to the side or back of the stunt & in a place to protect the flyer's head & shoulders. So a spotter in front of an extension would not be legal.
