Feet Apart When Tumbling.

Instead of using a block I've used pre-wrap to "tie" legs or arms together. If they pull apart, the pre-wrap breaks so there's no injury.
i like that idea a lot. i never really had this problem but i dont really have to worry about it anymore because i rarely tumble due to a back, and both knee injuries. :(
 
If you have a habit of having your feet separate in tumbling allyou have to do is consciously think about it, it's not like there's a force pushing your feet apart that you just can't handle.
 
I hate when people say its not natural to keep your feet or ankles together or that its possible. If you really try, you can do it.

But i love tying people's feet together.
