Feet Apart When Tumbling.

My old gym, they gave me a rubber band to do standing tumbling with and I used that rubber band everytime I did standing tumbling. Then I gradually became better with having my feet together.
 
oh my goodness i used to not straighten my arms in my BHS and so they put really tight tape around my elbows so that if they did bend it hurt like stuff i should not say.... haha i definatly lock my arms out ever since!!
 
Back in Gymnastics days my CP's coach would tie their feet together with bands itreally helped. However since coming to cheer she is sometimes sloppy with having her feet apart becauseshe sees all theother girls doing it and her coaches dont stop it!
