There are these stunts videos of Coach Daniel Casas 111 stunting his daughter that are amazing. I would post, but can't figure out how to post it. In it the flyer kicks from scorpion to front heel stretch and then back to a scorpion. How can someone work on mastering this skill.
 
If you're flexible enough, you can practice it on the ground or a stunt stand.

I don't know how you call it, but one of our flyers does an inverted needle (like leaning down, grabs her ankle, other leg is straight in the air) then swings up to heelstretch back to spike, then scale and turns her leg around her body so she has a stretch again.

I love flexible flyers, and i'm so in love with free body positions :)
