Hello! So I coach a high school team, and we've been unable to get traditional 360s (from load to half or extension) but I think we may have some success in trying full arounds (from a half to half or back to load/to extension) I think some teams refer to them as "retakes", but I'm unsure of the terminology. You start at the half position, one base switches the grip by turning the front hand under and the top girl rotates.

Any advice on achieving this skill?

For a full up: make sure main spins right under nose... licks out at the top. Back spot needs to drive with legs and follow through all the way to the top... (stealing the ankles) secondary must spot the foot and steal it as it comes around... flyer has to stand up straight turn (leading with head only) at the top and freeze to the front with a good hollow body position. It's also important for everyone to shrug in the catch and flyer to shrug at release.
