Hello! I am a high school flyer and the last few practices I have found myself unable to correctly full down. This concerns me because last season I had the best full downs on the team.. My coaches want us to catch ourselves in our cradles and I think this may be what messes me up, as I tend to cross my arms above my head instead of bringing them down to clean now. I am also told I am not letting myself fall, and look more like a tornado than a full down. Is this all me? Am I psyching myself out? or could my bases not be throwing correctly?
