4 or 5 years ago, a teacher from my hometown was in a car accident with his family, and his young son, Drew, was killed. After the accident, Mr. Taylor and his wife created the charity called The Drew Michael Taylor Foundation -- it's a charity that helps those who are grieving, and they have done a lot of beneficial things within the community since. Their current project is to build "Drew's House," a building that will be used for the foundation to provide counseling and hold more events.
They are a part of the Pepsi Refresh project, and if they win, they will receive a $50,000 grant that will help them build Drew's House and further the foundation.
