I'm done choreographing our entire routine, but I am completely stuck on our pyramid. We are going Pop Warner/JAMZ Level 3 and they don't allow any release moves except braced tic-tocs. We can do freestanding single leg extended stunts, 360 to prep, full downs from two leg extension. We can also do inversions from the ground to load in position, but no other type of inversions are allowed. I was going by last years JAMZ rules when I originally started choreographing the routine, but they changed them a few weeks ago. Needless to say, I'm stuck. Do you have any suggestions on how to max out this type of pyramid without being the same as everyone else?
