Help With My Tuck!!!

hiya all!
i have been trying to get my back tuck but i cant seem to 'tuck' enough when i throw it. I'm more in a chair position with my arms under my legs and no matter how hard i try i cant seem to bring my knees to my chest.
Does anyone have any tips or drills that could help me 'tuck' in my back tuck?

It's not necisarily about bringing your knees up. Lay on your back arms by your sides and then throw your knees like you would in a tuck, but don't just pull your knees, lift your hips off the ground but DO NOT close your knees, keep them open!! Practice going 5 6 7 8 PULL once you get that try it on the floor be aggressive, big jump, make sure to set! And then pull making sure to grab behind your knees :) if you need any more help of clarification PM me or Kik me (rayray4ever) and I can help you out :)
