So I'm in the UK, which makes it hard to find any cheer squads near me.
In middle school we had a school "team" which was basically just a dance team, I was on it for a year which was my last year in school.
It was also the year that I broke my foot badly, and since then my left leg has always been damaged, whether just a little bit or pretty severely damaged.
I've always been overweight, and therefore not confident in my skills and since I broke my foot and stopped competitive dancing I've put on more weight.
I would really like, not to actually join a team, but just be more flexible and confident in my skills.
Has anyone got any tips for improving flexibility and even losing weight in general.
