Mmmmmmm he might be Rebecca's foster brother who is perusing Mikayla? (I'm THE worst person at remembering characters names). If I'm right then he revealed some info in the last episode to Wes about where Rebecca is and possibly introduced another player into this game.

Also the trailer for this weeks episode said its gonna be insane.
