How Would You Describe These Skills?

I'm writing an essay for school about cheerleading and I ran into a weird problem. I have no idea how to explain tumbling skills in words.

The two I discuss in the essay are standing fulls and roundoffs. How you describe those in words to someone who knows nothing about cheerleading?

I'm sure everybody knows what a cartwheel is, so you could describe a round off as a powerful cartwheel entry, quickly snaps to a handstand, and then feet replace the hands.

A standing full is a resting backflip with no hands, with one 360 degree twist in midair.

Thank you so much! That describes it perfectly.
