I really need help. I have really good jumps that are high, but i want them to be better.
Any tips, tricks, advice, ANYTHING would be great:D

Condition your hip flexors, those play the biggest role in hyperextending your jumps. Also try box jumps to condition your quads (for a higher vertical leap) and your core. Also, make sure you ALWAYS land your jumps with your feet together. Also, condition your hip adductors (the muscles the bring your legs toward your body when you snap your legs down). Its not good when the kid that is point in the jump formation lands a count after everyone else because they can't snap their legs down fast enough.

fortheloveoftumbling.com has amazing tips and great drills you can use.

Don't forget to actually practice your jumps (a trampoline is a great place on which to do that). Most importantly, be consistent and be patient with yourself.

Good Luck!
