I Really Need Some Advice! :d

    So I've been into Cheer in soon 4 Years, and I am a Mainbase. Altough I still like to stretch bc I think it's Cool to be able to pull Bodypositions (And it's good for jumps! =D ) But Lately when stretching my Back its Hurts so bad after pulling a scorpion. It does hurt a few days after also even bending the back backwards. It does not hurt to just stretch my back (if I haven't stretched my scorpion in a few days) Do I pull the Scorpion wrong in someway? And is is my Technique? Also It does not hurt as much when I stretch my other side :))

    And I am warming up with jogging and some other stuff, Also Im stretching before pulling! :)

    First question, are you stretching both sides equally?

    Well I try to, but It always ends up being i pull my left leg scorpion more than twice as much :/ So I probably dont stretch them Equally as much!

    You need to stretch both sides equally. Building up strength on one side and not the other is leading you down a painful path.

    Okay! So I should pull my scorpion equally on both sides? But should i Recap my left side so i stretch only that side until they are equally good, or just contine from where I am to just stretch both sides? Thank you both btw<3

    Continue stretching both sides, but maybe hold off on pulling body positions for awhile
