What are the rules about competitors on Team USA also competing on International All Star teams at worlds? I thought you could do both, but have been told that the rule changed? Can anyone confirm this, and also direct me to where I can find that rule?

Yes - You are allowed to compete on Team USA and on a All Star team at Worlds.
