All-Star Idaho All Star Alliance

I'm creating a alliance between all the gyms in southern Idaho and our first meeting is tomorrow. My goals are to try and get everyone to go to at least 2 competitions together. I also want everyone to be united so we can pull outside competitions companies into our state. Currently we only have one in the state.

So I guess my question is has anyone else tried this. what was your experiance if so. I know about the Nor Cal alliance and John and Karen have been very helpful but also looking for more advice because I am super nervous for it tomorrow.
