OT Ideas For Redecorating My Room? I Want A Cheer-themed Room!

So i'm redoing my room this summer FINALLY. My room hasn't been changed in like, 5 years, and now that i'm 13, my parents think I need a better room to hang out with my friends. My room looks like this;

So yeah! My room is odd shaped, so i thought if you knew what it looked like it would help you give tips and stuff!

Holy cow that must have taken a while to picture.....

I think you should make either a "Gold" room, like winning the gold!
You could do your favorite color then have Gold accents with picture frames and pillows! Then you could put your favorite cheer quotes up in Gold on the wall!

It took me like 10 minutes the first time, and then 10 more to re do it! UGH! Haha
