Tie dying. If you don't want to risk the mess, have them bring in fun colored markers and stuff to decorate white T's. It's a memory they can keep!

split them into teams. Give each team a prior year music (from any gym). Give them each 5 minutes or so to create a routine. Absolutely hysterical.

Laser quest is really fun for bonding, some places even do a team bonding thing.

laser tag is my groups favorite. we've also gone to a corn maze (halloween only!), drive in movie, skating, bowling, chuck-e-cheese, scavenger hunts, lock-ins and team dinners.
