Anyone have reccomendations for
a new tv series to watch that is based outside the US? I just finished Cheer Up! (Sassy, Go Go) which is a drama about starting a cheerleading team in South Korea, so I am now ready to start a new series.
Doesnt matter the country, genre, or year created, as long as it is good! :)

A few examples of what I've watched in the past:
Boys Over Flowers - Korea
Skins - UK
Dance Academy - Australia
Pulseras Rojas (Red Band Society) - Spain
Liar Game - Japan

(I also watch US shows when I have time, but don't need reccomendations as much for that...)

Thanks!

Degrassi TNG.

Prepare to put your life on hold while you binge watch. And go on a snack run first.

It doesn't really count but... Quantico.

It's an american serie BUT it was filmed on my university campus in Sherbrooke. So that makes it part canadian!!

I love Orphan Black.

Not sure if it counts as international but Outlander. If you have Starz you can watch it for free.

For Outlander, I've heard things about the second season that I'm less than thrilled about if they are true. Big deviations from book timeline.
