Is This Legal Level 2?

This was the only way I could upload the video... Help! I think it's legal but can someone (Andre) tell me yes or no and WHY it is or isn't!?

I submitted to the USASF email but the responses take forever

Illegal. Level 2 inversions must start on the ground, as in the inversion must be on the ground. The inversion in the video happens while the flyer is in the air, not while she is on the ground.

L2 Stunts-Inversions
Transitions from ground level inversions to non-inverted positions are allowed. No other inversions
are allowed.
Example: Legal: Going from a handstand on the ground to a non-inverted stunt such as a shoulder sit.
Example: Illegal: Going from a cradle to a handstand or from a prone position to a forward roll.
