For the most part, yes. You can substitute up to 10 athletes. (too many, IMO.)

You can list 3 alternates per team. These do not have to be actually competing at that event to be eligible. Beyond that, you may use any eligible athlete who was competing for your gym at the event where you got the bid. So basically you may pull from your alternate list and/or other teams from your program.

The maximum number of substitutions allowed is 10. This is affectionately known as the "Cheer Athletics Rule". Well, maybe not always that affectionately. . .
