Kick Double Technique

This week my girls finally nailed their kick full basket consistantly so now I am gearing them up for the double (which is what is set in the routine). This is the most advanced our girls have ever been so i am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what we can do to teach them the double? Tips... Tricks... Tecnhiques... Is there any difference from the single?
