This will be interesting.
I live in the area and I'd never heard of Fusion (and we've been at the game for 10 years). I had to look them up. I don't think I've ever seen them at a Bay Area Varsity competition. Should be interesting nonetheless!
I cant view the attachment. Can someone tell me what is going on?
If this lawyer can succeed he will become the hero of cheerleading.
It's interesting they're demanding a jury trial. It's extremely rare for an anti-trust case to go in front of a jury, and when they do, they generally get appealed. If I were a betting person, my guess is they're hoping Varsity will settle out of court deeming it not worth their time or expense.
I couldn't see it either. Try this link:

I fixed the attachment.
Well I truly hope this gets legs and actually goes somewhere. Curious to hear the opinions of gym owners, I'm sure many are happy with this but would be interested in hearing their take. And Rebels TBPH.
It’s mixed. Varsity-heavy gyms are backing them because they know where their bread is buttered, and IEP heavy gyms are saying finallyyyyyy.
Exactly the reason for the lawsuit. The interesting response is that of the parent consumer. Overwhelmingly over it.
As a first step, the rules are now available to everyone.
I'm sure it wouldn't go over well that the rules were not even being made available those with a paid membership!
I noticed that too.
Now I can't find the 2020-2021 age grid. It is like it disappeared. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place.
