Hi all,
Got an idea I want to put in my routine for next season my squad are working both L1 and L2 stunts, but as their extensions are a little shaky we're competing L1.
So my question is this.
I have a pyramid where there's a centre prep bracing scales on each side. If we do a pop, could the scales drop to suspended splits at shoulder level with the brace releasing at the last second possible? I am worried this will still class as a one-leg prep.
