Legality Level 4

Can you please tell me which of these (hopefully both!) is legal at level 4? It's a half or full twist from one leg to a prone cradle.

Half turn cradle to your back is legal, as level 4 cradles can twist up to 1 time. For landing on prone, that is not considered a cradle, but a release move. The biggest issue with this is that the release move exceeds extended arm level when the bases pop the flyer. This would cause the release move to be illegal.

If the bases don't pop, it should be legal cause it doesn't exceed, right?

Wouldn't the half twist to cradle be illegal though because it states that multibased stunts must have a separate spotter for the head and shoulder region?

If you dont pop high it would be legal but can't imagine what it would look like. To quote Les, just because you could doesn't mean you should.

For the cradle question. Someone on the side who has their arm under the shoulder of a base is considered to be protecting the head and shoulder area.
