Level 1 -is It Legal To Cradle From A One Leg At Prep During Pyramid?

Hi- I have a quick question about a legality!
I am new here so please be gentle.
Is it legal in level one to cradle from a one leg at prep during your pyramid?
I have seen several level one teams do this, but I am wondering how to make it legal since the rules state you must have an arm arm connection.
Should the braces hang on during the “pop” and then release?
Maybe Y’all could help me out.

It is legal to cradle from a 1 leg pyramid in Level 1. I wouldn't call it illegal as long as the braces hang on while the pop is initiated.
